A real sun trap.The newly refurbished lounge and dining room are both elegant and stylish with sumptuous leather furnishings.We offer Free Wireless Broadband Internet Access should you wish to check your emails.Free car parking to all guests in our own car park.ARRIVAL TIMES.WE ONLY ACCEPT NEW ARRIVALS BETWEEN 3PM AND 7PM.If you fail to arrive by 7pm your reservation will be cancelled but you will be charged in full as a "no show." as per our standard terms and conditions of booking.PLEASE NOTE:We are not licensed but guests are permitted to bring there own refreshments into the building for consumption in their room or on the front garden terrace. THERE IS A THREE NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT AT ALL BANK HOLIDAYS.WE DO NOT ACCEPT : GROUP OR MULTIPLE ROOM BOOKINGS, STAG / HEN GROUPS, UNDER 18'S, HONEYMOONERS AND WEDDING PARTIES. If bookings of this nature are made in an underhand manner, the booking will be cancelled without refund.
