Gatecrasher Birmingham 'will bring Miami experience'
1st Aug 2008
World famous trance pioneers Gatecrasher have lifted the lid on their new Birmingham venue by claiming they will recreate the Miami clubbing experience. The new £5 million venue on Upper Broad Street will be unrecognisable from its former life as The Works, with four levels, six feature arenas and nine bars.
Gatecrasher states that the club will include a floor-to-ceiling matrix wall, catwalks, sin-bins and a 14ft mirror ball DJ booth, with kissing booths also planned.
A club within a club - known as Bed - will have its very own entrance.
A statement on its website claims: "Gatecrasher Birmingham will be an incredible experience incorporating the essential elements that guarantee a spectacular night of extravagant, dramatic, exhilarating entertainment."
Tonight (August 1st), GarecrasherLovesNottingham will host Goodgreef Xtra Hard, with Alex Kidd, Kutski and Andy Whitby delivering the hard edged sounds all night.
