Stereophonics confirm Best Of album and tour

The 16-year career of one of the biggest bands to come out of Wales is to be celebrated with a massive arena tour later this year.

Stereophonics will release a best of album - Decade In The Sun: The Best Of Stereophonics - on November 17th and will begin a huge UK arena jaunt two weeks later in Glasgow.

The album and tour set will feature some of the band's biggest hits - including Dakota, The Bartender And The Thief, Have A Nice Day and Local Boy In The Photograph.

Kelly Jones will take the band to play gigs in Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham, Bournemouth and Sheffield among others, before ending at the O2 Arena in London on December 20th.

Tickets for the shows will go on sale at 09:00 BST this Thursday (August 14th).

The best of album will be the band's first release since the download-only Bank Holiday Monday single last October.
