System & Louche have teamed up to snare what must surely be one of the highlights of the seven arena strong Mint Festival, held at Lotherton Hall, Leeds on 21st Septmeber. With the festival catering for all tastes ranging from UK garage to jungle, trance to techno, progressive to house, Mint Festival has made sure that whatever you're in to, it has an arena guaranteed to knock your socks off.

Marco Carola's Essential Mix

Enter the Italian electronic music vanguard of Marco Carola. Since 1995 Marco has been treating the world to a vast number of techno gems that have changed the face of minimal and house infused techno. responsible for introducing the world to the thriving Napolitano techno scene in the mid nineties, Marco has been widely regarded as one of the key figureheads of the techno scene.

As his career has progressed, so has his essential status. With releases on Richie Hawtin’s Plus 8 and minus, as well as his own imprints One Thousand Records and 2M, Marco has forged a path through techno that continues to excite and astound. His DJing status also remains the stuff of legends, as his high energy three deck mixing and renowned epic set lengths have made him one of the most sought after jocks in his field, as his subtle crowd working skills have made him a firm fan favourite from Ibiza to New York..x His set at Mint will be unmissable.

Seth Troxler @ Time Warp

He will be joined by the supremely talented and our previous artist of the week: Seth Troxler. The last couple of years have seen Seth become one of the most respected DJs in the world. Topping all manner of top DJ lists, the infinitely likeable Detroit native’s unique party starting presence behind the decks have proved the highlights at such festivals as Time Warp, Eastern Electrics, Creamfields, Parklife, Cocoon in the Park, Hideout and Global Gathering amongst many others. Check out his classic mix at Time Warp to get a feel for why this guy is in such high demand right now.

Dixon Live in the Boiler Room

The quality continues to run through the System & Louche line up as we get to Innervisions head honcho Dixon. Since the early nineties, Dixon has been a constant feature of Berlin’s thriving underground electronic music scene. His sound touches on the soulful, elegant, and beautiful, whilst maintaining its own unique groove that slightly outsteps the normal house bounds. Check out his mix at Boiler Room to see what we mean.

Rounding off proceedings will be London based institution Enzo Siragusa, man behind the Fuse Sunday sessions. Enzo will be pounding out his own brand of dub infused house that has seen him become a favourite with Richie Hawtin, Marco Carola and Loco Dice to name a few.

The System & Louche contribution to Mint Festival is shaping up to be pretty damned impressive. Check out the rest of the Mint Festival line up here
