Sankey's return to Manchester has been nothing short of a resounding success. With a wealth of killer events over the festive season, Sankey's are back on top, killing it in England as much as they did in Ibiza this season.

Much lauded Manchester night Covert returns to the fray this New Year's Day with a mammoth line up in tow. VIVa Music and Hot Creations stalwart Darius Syrossian heads up proceedings. 

As a self proclaimed advocate of true house music, Darius long time in the business and genuine heartfelt passion for his craft have made him one of the true figureheads for the direction of house music in the last couple of years. Refusing to bow down to trends, fads and phases, Darius Syrossian tirelessly forges forward with music laced with grooves, whether it be house, deep house or Detroit flavoured techno - which is what makes him an outstandingly infectious DJ.

His regular slots at Sankeys Ibiza and as part of Steve Lawler's defining VIVa Warriors have further cemented his status as a true ambassador of house music's rich and varied paths.

He will be joined by the ever rising super power that is Hot Since 82. After a three year hiatus between 2007 and 2010 Daley Padley, aka Hot Since 82 returned reinvigorated and a with a renewed passion for the underground house music movement. Ever since, Hot Since 82 has been rising through the ranks at an exponential rate, contributing some of the scene's biggest records in the process.

Fans of house music can't afford to miss this new year's day feast.
