There's been a hell of a lot of hype surrounding Jeff Mills' upcoming Exhibitionist 2, and with good reason, the Detroit legend has since the early nineties been breaking boundaries and throwing out rule books, giving birth to the hard, stripped back sound of techno that we know and love today. Watch the trailer for the new film below.
Amidst all the hype of the new show, set to land in September, we thought we'd revisit the initial exhibition for #TechnoTuesday, which concentrates purely on the art of DJing.
Pulverising and energetic from the word go, Mills battles with three Technics decks and a CDJ to concoct one of the most skillful, engrossing sets you're likely to witness, ranging from percussive, Latin sounds to banging, almost industrial beats.
Programmed with precision and breakneck beat matching, it's an absolute masterclass by The Wizard, one that will keep you coming back for another viewing - we've lost count of the amount of after parties this DVD has made an appearance at. Watch it below.
