Jika Jika! Marquee Party with Underground Paris, JD Twitch, Mia Dora

Derry based club night Jika Jika! are throwing a special 12 hour long courtyard party at Tooban Donegal on Saturday 12th July. 

Jika Jika! has been part of the dance music circuit since 2000 and began as an outlet for underground and techno music in the area. Their aim is to bring like-minded individuals together in a place where there's no restraints from commercial clubbing. 

Headlining their outdoor event is France's hottest DJ export Underground Paris. He will be playing a special extended vinyl set in their state of the art tent structure. His profound love for house music is apparent not only in his own productions but also his sets (check out his podcast above) and is transferred onto his own label, 'My Love Is Underground'.

Joining him this July is one of the two DJs that started Optimo, JD Twitch. Optimo began as a weekly Sunday night event in Glasgow and then became the name adopted by the resident DJ duo. JD Twitch stands just as strong as a solo DJ and dares to push boundaries often exploring world music alongside house and techno, as can be heard on his mindblowing Autonomous Africa imprint. Hear some of that above. 

DJ twosome Mia Dora are another class act joining the line up. Their sound effortlessly draws from house, techno and hip-hop and they've had massive releases on Moda Black and MadTech Records.
