The first events confirmed for the venue are Wireless Festival and Hard Rock Calling in July - both of which were previously held in Hyde Park.
The move brings an end to the concert promoter's decade long relationship with The Royal Parks.
Wireless Festival and Hard Rock Calling will be held in the North Park area of the Olympic complex in July.
Live Nation have also confirmed plans to host a number of concerts in the main stadium, which will re-open on the 27th July to mark the first anniversary of the 2012 games. No acts have yet been confirmed.
