Preview: Xstatic Summer Festival
Derbyshire welcomes a barrage of pioneering UK dance collectives for a marathon showcase for Xstatic festival in late June.

Xstatic Summer Festival's dedication to deliver an exclusive festival experience has seen this year's line-up bolstered by an array of talent from all ranks of dance music. Ever since gaining notoriety in the 80's, irrespective of genre, dance music has always been spearheaded by iconic collectives bringing the best music to the forefront of their field.
Xstatic breathes this notion and does just that, delivering a plethora of dance music acts from a variety of genres including house, old skool, trance, psy trance, funk and hardstyle across a 12 hour dance frenzy (check out the after video for last year's shindig above).
Much lauded mash up king Jaguar Skills (check out his latest mix in the below link) fronts Fantazia House who occupy the Main Arena this year, which also boasts a fine blend of House and Old Skool live acts.
Featuring elsewhere at the festival this year is rapidly emerging brand Trancecoda, Manchester collective Illuminaughty and Dirty Funk bringing a fixation of house to the table amongst many other top dance brands and acts from across the decades - read the full Xstatic line up here.
