The Doctor's Orders, or TDO for an acronym hungry public, has been the benchmark for hip hop in the capital. They've boasted appearances from legendary producers such as Alchemist and Just Blaze, party rocking masters like Jazzy Jeff and emcee dynamos like KRS One.

They turn nine years old on Saturday June 21st in Brixton's Plan B, with a line up typically endemic of their faultless prowess over the years. Headlining is DJ NU Mark, of Jurassic 5, the turntablist extraordinaire bringing his wide ranging funk to proceedings - check him out waxing lyrical about crate digging above.

He'll be joined by UK b-boys par excellence The Nextmen, showcasing one of their legendary four deck sets, with TDO resident and former Scratch Pervert Mr Thing also in the building. Head here for info on tickets and more details.
