My daughter suffers with severe anxiety and panic attacks and if anything she had a very positive experience with the security. When a fight broke out at the end, herself and her friends were ushered to safety and a member of staff waited with them until a parent arrived.
I am sorry that others did not experience the professionalism my daughter and her friends did. I do appreciate your email but also wanted to provide some positive feedback. This is the second time she has been. She felt safe and loved the experience.

Everything was great apart from the fights that took place.

Gabrielle only stayed for half an hour as the venue was to small for the amount of people allowed in. She has been to previous Reload events but this was the worst ever due to people pushing and shoving.
