Review of PLAYHOUSE PROJECT Festive Family Ball W/ Jon DaSilva (Hacienda)
Absolutely loved the Playhouse Project Christmas Party at the Kimpton Clocktower. The music was fab, the venue was really great and spacious so we didn't feel too crammed in, loads of room for the little ones to run around and dance and loads to do. Perfect for both adults and kids! Really reasonably priced tickets too. Keep doing what you're doing!

Review of Refuge NYE
The venue was beautiful and staff were friendly, overall it was good atmosphere for a NYE celebration, however bar service was long, drinks were around 20 minute wait each time, through no fault of the staff who were rushed off their feet and still very polite, just not enough of them! The entire night there was only about 2/3 songs that actually had lyrics or were somewhat known, it felt like we were listening to the same song all night as it was just a beat which was hard to dance to unless you knew it and obviously you couldn't sing along to, lots of people were commenting this on the dance floor. The queues for the ladies toilets were really long about 15 minutes each time, for a party of that size you need more facilities. There was no countdown to midnight, so you didn't realise it was the new year until balloons burst which was a nice touch, but lots of people missed and it felt like an anticlimax. Overall it was good, but our group of 10 agreed we wont be going again.

Review of Eurovision Screening Party
I was very disappointed by this event - we paid £20 for our tickets and the sound was only working for one of the screens. We informed one of the staff members and were told there was nothing they could do and why don’t we cram round the singular screen with other attendees. This was advertised as a “viewing party” and this was certainly not the case, there was no sound and I can’t believe how expensive the food and drink was - it certainly was not value for money. I cannot believe we paid £20 for this - one bucks fizz, a cold slice of pizza and no working sound/music on the screens. I would actually like someone to contact me from the event as I feel like this was completely falsely advertised.

Review of Eurovision Screening Party
Not worth the money. Added £8 on to the prosecco price downstairs compared with upstairs (same brand of prosecco) because 'its a private event'. £40 for a bottle which is mad. The event staff were extremely rude. 1 small slice of cold pizza and a glass of orange juice not worth £20. Poorly organised.

Review of Eurovision Screening Party
When we arrived there were no seats the manager basically said tough and walked away. There were tvs all round the venue but only the main screen had sound which meant everyone was crowded round one tv. The event advised a pizza was included in the price but all you got was one slice of pizza. We decided to leave and watch elsewhere to a total waste of £40. This venue ruined my Eurovision experience

Review of Eurovision Screening Party
No seating for over half of the people. Had mutiple screens with no sound at all…for a song contest.
When asked to turn the speakers on, staff were rude and dismissive saying we ‘should just move’. No apology at all.
Would have had to move to the one tv with sound but it was so rammed no space. We had to stand behind a huge pillar and couldn’t see anything. We left after 30 minutes to go elsewhere and missed over half of Eurovision.
Appalling - 0/5. And we weren’t the only ones complaining or leaving.

Review of Eurovision Screening Party
The basement was a bad location for a viewing party. Not enough tables and seats that were able to see the screens, as the room goes in a circle around the bar so it's not one clear viewing area. Ticket said it included "pizzas", turns out it was just one slice per person and no other food available except a very expensive charcuterie board.
