About

Come along to a juicy night of comedy in Southport, featuring some of the best acts in the country!

Doors: 7:00pm

Show start: 8pm

Lineup:

Dawn Bailey

Dawn is a forty something (ahem just turned 50) Mum who views life through happy specs and giddy knickers (her own words).

An original performer, Dawn won the XS Manchester Radio Comedian of the Year in 2016, which led to her presenting a show on the station

A likeable and affable nature, Dawn is a regular on the UK comedy circuit and performs for some of the most reputable promoters in the Country.

Dawn’s honesty regarding life and love are raw, straight to the point and comes with a no-holds-barred delivery. She is a merry maker and definitely loves to have a damn good chuckle

Pin sharp anecdotes from a life juggling a career, kids, attending weekly slimming club meetings and the joys of involuntary flatulence… she’s a very funny lady”- The BBC

Tom Keegan

Introducing Tom Keegan, the Scouse comedian whose razor-sharp wit leaves audiences in stitches. With tour support for Harry Stachini under his belt, Tom's edgy and clever writing cuts through societal norms with finesse. From cheeky observations to fearless social commentary, he's mastered the art of blending humor with biting truth.

And still claims to have co written the 1988 Tom Hanks comedy 'Big' Despite being born in 1996.

Nick Doody

Nick Doody has been performing comedy since the 90s when, as a student, he got off to a pretty good start by supporting the legendary Bill Hicks, at Bill's request. A little later, Nick was a finalist in Channel 4's So You Think You're Funny? competition.

Since then he has performed all over the world: Ireland, France, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Australia, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Estonia... You get the idea. He was the first British comedian to perform in Croatia.

Nick has appeared on various radio and TV shows (listed below), and is also much in demand as a writer. He has penned jokes for Joan Rivers, Lenny Henry, Dame Edna Everage and an uncomfortable number of Mock The Week regulars. He was also the creator and head writer of Bigipedia, a critically acclaimed Radio 4 show that broadcast in 2009 and 2011. He has been a guest on The Now Show, a panellist on The News Quiz, and is Rich Hall’s co-presenter on Rich Hall’s US Breakdown (all Radio 4).
