The group formed in 2003 from within the Edinburgh underground hip-hop club scene. The three members G, Ally and KS met one another through friends at under-18 clubs in the city. A demo handed into Black Sugar Records saw them signed to the label in October 2004. Put simply, 3Style’s tunes reflect what is going on within their surrounding environment and culture, and their rhymes reflect this. Musically they do this through their own mix of Hip Hop, Old Skool Beats R’n’B. and Soul. The group’s objective is simple. \"Keep pushing boundaries and produce great music\".
