Balfey began mixing Jungle/Drum & Bass in the late 90s on a pair of old decks that were passed onto him by his uncle, producer Isso Noho. After a few years off the rave scene, his attention soon turned to Trance and Progressive and building a collection of solid vinyl classics. Balfey was also a resident Funky House DJ in his hometown of Warrington until he decided to buy a one-way ticket to Tenerife for 3 months to smash out some Prog & Trance before returning to normal life in the UK. Now, after a long absence from DJ-ing, he has returned with a bang and soon linked up with MartinN who convinced him to enter the world of digital mixing. Having created a decent online following he went back2back with MartinN on New Year’s Eve 23/24, then went into partnership with MartinN to form Trancendance!
