I think its quite exciting at moment when every ones on about last this, closing this n that n the scenes bad.. and there we are @ UK44 ploughing on with reviving old labels making new labels new music loads of releases and pushing the vibe to hell with the negative... some times you have to clear the field to lay new seeds.. Yet again UK44 records will do its best to keep it alive be it without any recognition for what it did the last time.... Us northern crew have been the saviour of the scene once before and what some labels did was steel our sound and our vibe to put vocals all over it. and make a complete commercial mess of it all.. UK44 records is not just a label, its an idea and for as long as I can, it will be a place of sanctuary for the lost souls of the northern scene....
