Biography

Best known latterly for his hit remake of “Last Night A DJ Saved My Life” (Top 15 in the UK National Chart) and of course that remix of Booty Luv’s “Boogie 2Nite” which peaked at number 2, he unwittingly spawned the electro house sound.

His remixes always respect the vocal whether it be R&B royalty such as Rihanna, Mariah Carey, Brandy; indie/rock/pop such as Ting Tings, Moby, Just Jack, Mika or straight-up dance such as Calvin Harris, Axwell, Roisin Murphy. Still an in-demand remixer he’s recently worked with the likes of Ed Sheeran, Labrinth, Jamiroqaui and Izzy Bizu!

His own productions are well-known global dancefloor staples from “God’s Child”, ‘Weekend’ & ‘Take Me Away’ to his collaborations with Mark Knight, Funkagenda, Kaskade, EDX & Cevin Fisher being signed to label heavy weights Toolroom, Ultra and Strictly Rhythm.

As a DJ, he’s played all over the world & held residencies at Ministry of Sound & Pacha in London as well as in Ibiza and also toured for the likes of Defected, Hed Kandi & MOS across the globe. He’s also a regular fixture at Pride in Brighton, Manchester & London playing to thousands of people.

He’s graced the decks for the hallowed Radio 1 Essential Mix hosted by Pete Tong, not once but twice & also mixed 2 Sessions compilations for Ministry Of Sound and many more for Defected & Strictly Rhythm.

He ‘s been involved in nearly all aspects of the Music Business - working in London’s most influential dance record shops to A&Ring for Slip’n’Slide Records, Defected Records, Strictly Rhythm and Toolroom to writing for seminal Dance Music mags such as Muzik Magazine, DMC Update, DJ Mag, and of course, de rigueur stints on pirate radio.

Since 2002 he has also been at the helm of his own much-respected house music label, Big Love for which he A&Rs, produces and compiles and his latest single “Feel It” recently hit the Gaydio Dance Chart number 1 spot with strong support from Sander Kleinenberg, Low Steppa, StoneBridge, Robbie Rivera, Horsemeat Disco, Vanilla Ace, Tommy Trash, Hector Romero, Hardsoul and many more!

His weekly Big Love radio show has been running for 5 years now on Juice Brighton and is also syndicated to over 35 Radio stations Worldwide.

He is living contradiction of those who insist that men can’t multi-task!
