Hailing from the shadows of yesteryears UK holiday destinations, soaked in the Amusement Arcades and Fun Fairs of the North Wales Coast. The Montagues are a five-piece Alt Rock/Indie Band that deliver a layered, anthemic and melodic sound, derived from a childhood of rubbing shoulders with holiday makers and day trippers from all over Britain.

Guitar driven melodies, accompanied by punchy bass lines and hook induced vocals, they embody everything people love in a modern Indie band. Lyrically influenced by the stories of a working-class Welsh town, desperately trying to cling onto the highs of days gone by, you can’t help but get wrapped in the nostalgia of the relatable tales.

The sound is comprised of Guitarist Jack Mayall, Bassist Jonny Taylor, Drummer Jack Wells, Keys Oli Harman along with charismatic frontman Kyle Parry on Vocals and Guitar.

The band have received airplay through BBC Introducing Merseyside and BBC Introducing Wales.
