Jamie Abstract & Rob Logic are a self taught producer DJ duo based in the Midlands – UK. Having been established in other music scenes for a number years under a different alias, the duo decided to take on a new style and genre. With a fresh blend of Garage & Bass infused House, Abstract & Logic have created a unique production sound which is quickly becoming a popular choice for DJ’s across the World.
Abstract & Logic firmly announced themselves on the UK House scene with a unique remix of Second City – ‘I Wanna Feel’ early in 2014. The remix proved to be a huge hit with over 300,000 plays on SoundCloud and 10,000 physical downloads. With DJ’s all over the world posting video clips of the remix being enjoyed by 1000′s at festivals and clubs, the track quickly became the most popular remix of ‘I Wanna Feel’ and had significantly more plays than all of the official Ministry of Sound remixes. The remix was also played on BBC Radio 1 by Alice Levine live at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August. Original tracks such as ‘What is What’ and ‘No One Else’ soon followed and have become hugely popular both in DJ sets and online.
