Acrylic is an alternative indie-rock quintet originally from Scotland’s capital. Now residing in Glasgow’s west-end, the five university and art school students combine atmospheric, intricate sounds with explosive, psychedelic rock.
They are making a name for themselves in the Scottish music scene with shows at King Tut's, Fat Sam's and NiceNSleazy as well as a mini Scottish tour with 'Hit The Road'.
They have been played on XFM Scotland, Amazing Radio, and BBC Scotland (Roddy Hart). Their last single, 'It's Been a While', was XFM Scotland's Breakout track on both Jim Gellatly and Fraser Thompson's shows.
Acrylic welcomed in 2016 with a New Years Day show supporting The View and will be releasing their first single of the year, 'Awake', on March 25th.
