Exceptional acoustic folk rock from a slightly batty but altogether brilliant musician.
For Ade it all started at the age of 12 when listening to bands such as Neil Young, Crosby Stills Nash and Young, Aerosmith, 10cc, Eagles, Paul McCartney, Genesis, Rush, Led Zeppelin and Skynrd to name just a few - Ade was inspired.
Ade was 15 when he finally got his first guitar. Having never been the most patient of people the idea of sitting through lesson after lesson learning tunes that didn’t speak to his soul didn’t appeal to say the very least. He wanted to be a guitarist now, immediately!
So, teaching himself three basic chords he started writing songs. Ade wanted to play the songs of his favourite bands, but every time he picked up his guitar to do just that, he found himself writing another song.
Eventually through his song writing activities and perseverance he learnt the those songs (and the rest of the chords!).
Now many, many, many years later (but not that many!) Ade’s style of learning has meant that his talent is finely tuned and he is a prolific, highly regarded song writer and singer.
Many of Ade's songs have been recorded and are regularly performed for his loyal and rapidly expanding fan base. Many more tunes are catalogued and waiting to be recorded over the coming years in between gigs.
Ade has played on the same bill as Jethro Tull, Stranglers, Whitesnake, Bad Company, Fairport Convention, Donovan, Marillion, Ben’s Brother, The Animals, Newton Faulkner plus many others.
Performances around the world at festivals such as nxne, (Toronto, Canada), thimbleberry festival (UK), grassington festival (UK), Marylebone Festival (UK) and the acoustic festival of great britain (UK).
Ade has released two albums to date, 'My Town', and 'If All The World...'.
