Almagrey (‘grey soul’) is a shoegaze band based in Bristol, UK. It is composed of lead singer and guitarist Marco Tommaseo, from Italy, bass player Juan Mestres, from Spain, keyboard player Grace Di Meo, from UK and Giuseppe La Rezza from Naples. Influenced by 90’s shoegaze bands such as My Bloody Valentine, Ride and Blonde Redhead, the band has been active since 2018. Their style can be defined as a mix of shoegaze rock and dream-pop, mainly characterized by screaming guitars, melodic vocals, wild drums, groovy bass lines and introspective lyrics. They have supported national and international acts and they are currently in the studio recording their first LP. The band will premiere this unreleased album in its entirety at this intimate gig
