Amy Wack was born in Florida, grew up in California and has lived in Cardiff since 1988. She works for Seren Press/Poetry Wales where she edits their prize-winning poetry list. She has written, published and edited widely, notably once winning lunch with Paul McCartney for her poem celebrating Buddy Holly, as part of McCartney’s Buddy Holly Week competition. She has most recently published a 12-part piece inspired by feral cats in Spain in Long Poem magazine.
