Beaver Fuel are a three-piece band from Oxford who call themselves punk as it’s the only description that seems to fit. Songs that already resemble literary works are propelled to breakneck speeds by a drumming style reminiscent of a pony with an erection it doesn’t know what to do with, never stooping to three chords or predictable structures, never even acknowledging the moulds that others struggle to break.
