Black Chapel regularly collaborates with other artists from all fields of creative arts enjoying and celebrating the benefits of collaborative ( rather than exclusive) processes. Which surely must be the new paridigm for the times we are in.. Steve has primarily come from a musical background having remixed artists such as Sophie Barker , Moloko, Feeder, Indigo Face and has recently worked with the Deep Down Dirty Label. However over the last year he has been experimenting with visual ideas and concepts particularly exploring themes of eco feminism, spirituality and ecology… “Looking at the spectacular mess we increasingly seem to be making of society and in particular the very survival of our planet it does seems to me that we are at “last chance saloon“.
