From the off,Bleed got the reputation as the worst band in Wakefield.The name came from a song they wrote about sadists & bullies.Largely ignored by their local music 'scene',they still pay the price for saying & playing what they want.After one chaotic gig,the pub owner remarked,"you ain't a band,just thugs with guitars"The band has survived many lineup changes & all members share permanent hearing loss.Bleed continue kicking out aggressive hardcore (so long as it don't get in the way of the drinking) Bleed are punks trying to be musicians, NOT musicians trying to be punks.
