1. Cause is an Indonesian pop band, formed around 2008. Composed of Randy Asra Dahnial (Lead Vocal, Acc Guitar), Dito Buditrianto (Lead Guitar, Vocal), Dely Tambunan (Drum) and Ryan Rifkianda (Bass), The band started to play together 4 years before they reunited in 2008, they played as a high school rock band. Mostly influenced by some European band such as Radiohead, Kashmir, and Coldplay, they started to record some of their songs appropriately (in the studio) by 2009. By now, they have their own 10-tracks-album Dialog. They deliver the music that fits them.u5
2. The evolution of Hip-Hop music is infinite. True rap connoisseurs have thrived upon preserving originality in music and CAUSE takes no exception. In just a short period of time CAUSE has managed to become one of the best up-and-coming MC’s to rise out of the Empire State as he now prepares for global takeover.
To date, CAUSE has performed all over the Northeast Coast finding his audience in Clubs, College Campuses, and on the Internet Worldwide. The budding rapper has shared the stage with numerous established artists, having performed alongside Pharoahe Monch, Wyclef, DJ Stretch Armstrong, Kidz In The Hall, Sean Price, The Lordz of Brooklyn, and The Blue Scholars.
Carefully cultivating a rapidly expanding fan base and already having landed notable music reviews with AllHipHop.com, New York Magazine, BallerStatus.com, Rap Fanatic Magazine, Brooklyn Vegan, Nah Right, and many other popular media outlets, CAUSE shows no sign of slowing down. In January 2009, CAUSE'S celebratory anthem “Banga” won a Billboard Songwriting Award for best Hip-Hop / Rap song as he released his debut album - The New Golden Era - to iTunes Worldwide.
