Chris first got into underground dance music from listening to tapes from events around 90 ,91. He had already got quite a record collection at that time because he had been buying Italian House and Piano which was big in his home town of Bradford, dubbed Piano City at the time. He spent most of his money on records which he bought from his local record shop.
The music he was listening to on the tapes was much harder and progressive, he liked this, so decided to go with his mates to a local night that was on once a month which was called ark. Well after that first night Chris ended up going every month after. He started to buy this harder more progressive and bouncey sound which was played at the club. Later on the music turned out to be early hard house/Progressive similar to the Music Tony De vit,Sasha were known to play. A little later on the years went by and in 97 Chris met up with a local DJ by the name of Scott Page now with the fame of (Friday Night Posse). It was Scott that gave Chris his first break, he played a set of similar to the sound of the music he'd gone to listen to himself. The crowd liked what he was playing, so after that night he started to get more offers to work at other party nights. He now plays locally and around Yorkshire at parties and on internet radio in various styles of music from funky house ,classic house, pumping, hard house, trance. He is all so turning his talents to making his own music.
