Control of the Going began in Manchester in July 2015 to become one "of the best new bands in town". So far, they have featured as the Real Radio XS "Future Classic" band for July 2015, and have featured many times on Amazing Radio and world renowned KEXP.

Their debut "She" is out now and available to buy exclusively through Wrong Way Records. "She" was also premiered exclusively on KEXP in October 2016.

Control Of The Going have recently signed to Wrong Way Records and are currently working on their debut album, scheduled for release on the 9th December 2017.
