I began writing songs at age 14, and at first they were pretty good, because I was a young genius, then I went through a phase where the quality of the work sort of declined, but luckily it came back up. I’ve been a staff writer for Universal Music, Windswept Pacific/ Bug and I am currently published by Big Yellow Dog Music in Nashville TN. I was signed as an artist for Elektra records in the late 90′s and made one major label LP with T. Bone Burnett. The record was a pioneering work of country-rock excellence, but the label took all the lovely pedal steel bits off.
