Darren Allix started Dj'ing at the infamous Raquels nightclub in Basildon Essex in 1986,

Darren was at Raquels and Buzz Bar for several decades,

Darren moved into pirate radio for the first time in 1988 playing underground house anthems on infinity FM,

He then went onto own his own pirate radio station called Power FM in 1990,

Darren decided to move abroad in 1999 ,and worked in several main stream clubs in Playa Del Las Americas Tenerife, working at Mrs T's, before taking residency at the Leopard Lounge, Darren has worked in an array of clubs worldwide and played many genres, but has found his passion for Funky House, and Deep Soulful & Classic House, Darren also plays Soul and 80's Disco,

Darren has played alongside some of the biggest names in the business and was trained by none other than James Anthony, but has worked with Slipmatt, Adrian LuvDup,Roy The Roach, Judge Jules, Gatecrasher, Dave Pearce, Anne Savage, Neil Charles, Ronnie Herel, Linden C, Derek B (RIP).

Darren has been Djing at the Sugareef in Tenerife as a guest DJ as well as on Centreforce Radio.
