Known mostly for his work as High Demand, and now Lokal, el toro is quickly making a name for himself in the underground music scene. After only playing his first solo set in late 2022, and with 6 years of graft under other alias’ beneath his belt, it’s safe to say the future looks promising for the Off-License Records Co-Bossman.
