Four-piece Indie-House act Escort Knights have set about creating their own brand of musical prozac. Inspired by early Madchester house and contemporary indie music and turned off by a climate of financial ruin and depression, Escort Knights focus on the lighter side of life with their tongue-in-cheek and unashamedly honest lyrics. The band’s current single ‘I Don’t Know Your Name’ represents their sound fully, Tasty Fanzine stated "Escort Knights sport a nicely laid back indie funk groove, a little like The Sunshine Underground having undergone calmative hypnotherapy."
