Esperanza León took part in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2005 as a member of the group Son de Sol, who sang their hit Brujería. Since then, she has performed in Flamenco shows and won prizes, such as the National and International awards at the Nimes Flamenco Competition. Despite her success, she remains true to her singing and dancing roots, which she teaches at her Academy in Écija (Seville province).
