Gareth Hardwick (b. 1978) is an experimental electric guitarist based in Nottingham.
Using a palette of guitar and effects pedals, Gareth weaves together interlocked textures and drones to create a body of deeply reflective, always affecting work.
In addition to his solo work, Gareth has also performed as part of Rhys Chatham’s guitar orchestra and Ex-Easter Island Head’s Large Electric Ensemble. He is also the curator of the record label Low Point, which has been releasing small runs of esoteric and experimental music since 2005.
