While still in her mid teens, Georgia Black kicked off her professional singing career fronting Agent Provocateur's couture meets punk showband Dirty Stop Out, working with The Clash's Mick Jones and AP's Joe Corre - she toured the UK and Europe playing to crowds of up to 50,000 spectators. In conjunction with the innovative music projects she has been involved in, including Punchdrunk's production of 'The Drowned Man', she has been developing her own very personal sound imbued with the old blues, soul and jazz influences she grew up with, collaborating with numerous top drawer producers including Guy Chambers. As Black continues to develop as a singer / songwriter through regular live and recording sessions, there’s no doubt there'll be more to expect from this sultry soulstress.
