Gintis, who were originally a family collaboration hailing from the Rhyl/Abergele area consists, of Carl Gintis, Dave Gintis, Rob Gintis, Kyle Gintis, Niall Gintis, Jules Gintis and Joe Gintis.

Self confessed fans of fellow Welshmen Gorky's Zygotic Mynci and fabulous musical ragamuffins The Zutons, Gintis have done themselves proud with numerous gigs under their belt along with successful recordings such as "Happy Drunken Accidents"

Sound-a-likes to no one, Gintis pay homage to their own musical influences without ever being eclipsed and the boys' own musical ideas shine brightly, polished off with a healthy and understated sense of humour.
