Grok Enrol are a two piece band based in Yorkshire. The band consists of two former members of the (almost) legendary Sheffield garage/punk band The Nihilistics - namely Nile Manilow and Phil Geldof, who re-united in 2016 and recorded the album "All\Mix/Dup".
It's difficult to pin a genre on Grok Enrol, the styles vary from song to song....it maybe thrashy guitars with a techno beat, funky dubtronica, post punk electronica or something else....it's all mixed up.
The band have spent the last year gigging, playing songs from the album (and the remix album "All/Mix\Dub"), along with new ideas, and are currently recording a second album. The instrumental "10,000KPH" is the first track from the new album to go public - there's an edit of the track on here now. Expect to see and hear a lot more from Grok Enrol in 2019.....
