Raphael Starr aka Gruener had an interest in beats and music from an early age, discovering his passion for electronic music when he was 16. He started DJing in 2007 and began to organize his own underground techno parties.

In 2011 ventured into production, and in the following years he improved his techniques he created his own unique style of bass heavy dark minimal techno, with his sets and tracks known for their dark futuristic sci fi sounds, rolling sub bass and hypnotic noises.
