Hailing from Derry, Northern Ireland but currently based in Liverpool working as a supply teacher, GVN is back after taking a 2 year hiatus in which he molded his style, projecting his new emotionally charged trance/break-beat sound.
Throughout his DJing career, GVN began as a staple resident playing numerous gigs in his hometown, right through to supporting acts such as Laidback Luke in ‘LUSH’, Portrush; Oliver Heldens and many other well known faces.
Coming hot off the heels of a collaboration with Third Party and a release on Martin Garrix’s label, he has kicked off 2021 signing a record deal with Anjunabeats. He hit the ground running with his debut record ‘I Don’t’ and a remix for Ilan Bluestone. His latest EP release, premiered by Pete Tong and Danny Howard on BBC Radio 1, shows that it’s just the tip of the iceberg for what he has to offer this year.
