After working for 15 years in the club industry, a serious injury led to a change of direction for Helen. Through having knowledge of a wide range of music for such a long time, becoming a DJ was a natural progression but at an age when others had many years of experience she knew it would take hard work and determination to succeed. Starting on vinyl, a natural talent for track selection and set building soon became evident as classic house mixes uploaded to streaming platforms led to thousands of hits. These in turn led to gigs alongside house legends such as Stonebridge, Allister Whitehead and Retro founder Paul Taylor.
In only her second year of playing, 2016 brought gigs at the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) for French label Jango, a Traxsource top 100 compilation for Kinky Trax label, a rise in UK bookings as well in Tenerife and Ibiza. These allowed her to express herself over a wider range of house music genres and create a greater following.
2017 has seen Helen secure an Ibiza residency at two venues, regular gigs at Cala Bassa and Deeva Beach clubs for UK label Let There Be House and a return to ADE representing Jango.
