Helpmeimblonde DJ

Paula Corces López, also known as HelpMeImBlonde is a female Spanish DJ originally from Madrid, now based in Brighton. After years of studying music at University and professional schools, she discovered her passion for electronic music and decided to kick start her career as a DJ in the city.

Consider herself as a banguing techno DJ, she plays from Deep House to Techno, with a special passion to go hard with genres like Drum & Bass or Psytrance. Her style is always linked to deep and overwhelming sounds which will take you to another world, creating atmospheres where you will be forced to dance all night long until you'll burn a hole in the soles of your shoes.

She started as part of a female dj collective, Dance Upon a Time; after that she hosted her own weekly radio show on Codesouth FM called Femmetronik, where she looked at promoting and supporting women in the electronic music industry.

Now she's the co-owner with Ago de Felice of one of the main techno nights in Brighton The B S M N T After Hours and a radio show under the same name on Trickstar Radio.

Resident of Berlin, she has recently shared lin up with Ben Rau. She has also collaborated with Twisted Frequencies and with Circle Ibiza after winning the 2020 residency competion.

As well as playing in many of the great venues Brighton has to offer, she’s also a regular at underground raves.
