Formed after 5 of Perth’s busiest musicians asked themselves the question; ‘Why are there no fun cover bands anymore?’ After an online band name generator and a worryingly short amount of time, Hot Mess was born!
Describing themselves as a palm tree influenced electric/surf/pop/rock-n-roll covers machine, they have since amassed an eclectic repertoire, covering everything from McFly to Michael Jackson, Ricky Martin to Jack Johnson, Paolo Nutini to Westlife.
Our mission is to play the songs you forgot you loved with an energy and cheekiness that’s guaranteed to put a smile on your face, and leave you in a HOT MESS.
