Passion for music since the day he was born, starting experimenting as a teenager and becoming a DJ soon after. Now over 10 years international experience as a DJ: Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Schotland and Tsjech Republic.

In the nineties DJ Icon became infected with the Dutch musical virus named Hardcore Gabber music. Tapes recorded from famous venues like Parkzicht, Energiehal and later events like Nightmare were played over and over again until the neighbours went totally crazy. After visiting his first event as a youngster he fell in love with DJ business and soon after the dream became reality. Instead of tapes, vinyl records were played over and over again until the mixing went perfect with again lots of angry neighbours. After recording his first mix tape the first gig for a live audience came soon after with many to follow.

Now years later DJ Icon uses his experience to present himself as a multistyle DJ who brings great energy in his sets and to the crowd.
