James Coley is an 18 year old singer/guitarist/songwriter from Leeds inspired by artists including Arctic Monkeys, Jack Johnson and Ed Sheeran.

During the day James is a full time student at Leeds College of Music, and at night he performs across the region.

During 2013, James was one of the most prolific performers across Leeds, which helped embed his name in the local music scene. He also appeared as a Featured Artist on Love Leeds Radio and was broadcast by BBC Introducing. He performed on the main stage at ‘The Aire Do’ alongside Man Can’t Fly, Jon Gomm and Reverend and the Makers… “it was an amazing experience that I would love to repeat! “. James finished a successful 2013 performing in a sell-out show at The Cockpit in Leeds.

In 2014 James will release his first EP ‘Better Than Before’, and perform in York, Sheffield, Manchester and London, and at a number of festivals across the UK.
