James Shuttleworth (aka 'Pixel') has been writing Drum&bass music since the early 2000s, initially inspired by Roni Size & Reprazent's prolific track 'Brown Paper Bag', Pixel tries to keep his output sounding as raw as possible, while keeping the vibe present at all times. Recently being picked up by Ragga Jungle label Rasta Vibes Pixel has had a stream of no1 hits in the vinyl dnb charts with his selection of 10' limited coloured vinyl series

Pixel has various releases in different genres currently available to buy on both digital and vinyl formats from labels such as Rasta Vibez, Fokuz Recordings, Phuzion Records, Soul Rebel, Fizzy Beats and darker Drum&bass styles on Citrus Recordings, House and 140 Future Jungle Vibes on Top Drawer Digital & Bass Elements and so so many more. He has also closely collaborated with artists such as MsDos, Malaky, MC Tali, H2flo and is set to work with others big names in 2017. He is also the owner and promoter of Bear Music Nights over in the welsh valleys and the last few years Pixel has been gaining a rep for his firing jungle DJ sets that tear the roof off at every dance
