London-based New Yorker Joe Driscoll is best known for his live performances, during which he uses only a microphone, a guitar and a loop pedal and proceeds to spontaneously create several layers of each tune such as beatbox, bassline, chords and vocals. In 2006 he released Origin Myth on Buttercuts Records, the most recent of three albums.
