A local himself from the Wirral, Karu moved to Berlin in 2015 where he soon secured a residency at the notorious Goldengate club and continues to play there each month. He soon joined the Atrium team and 2019 saw him play across Germany, Belgium, France, Sweden and the Netherlands.
