Lauren Mayberry (born in 1988 in Scotland) is the main vocalist of the electropop band CHVRCHES. During live performances, sometimes she plays synths and tambourine. Before Chvrches, Mayberry was vocalist for Blue Sky Archives. She did a four-year law degree, followed by a Masters in journalism. She's also a trained drummer.
