Renowned for her exciting live performances with Hed Kandi, Ministry of Sound and Space-Ibiza, it is no surprise that Lovely Laura is the clubbing world's most in demand saxophonist. To add to this, and under the personal invitation of Domenico Dolce (Dolce & Gabbana), Laura has toured the world performing at their exclusive events such as fashion show and boutique parties, even personal events.
Laura's passion extends from electronic music to that of jazz and soul, where, as a solo artist the also talented singer/ songwriter, has enthralled thousands at arenas such as the O2, NEC, Manchester Evening News Arena and Amsterdam Heineken Music Hall, supporting artists such as Take That, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, The Stylistics and Candy Dulfer.
Her angelic voice can be heard on the incredible Hed Kandi album Balearica Unplugged released September 2011, where she was the featured vocalist for the entire album.
Championed by Jazz FM and described as ‘completely original’, her debut jazz album Off The Ground was signed immediately by Robin Millar CBE (Sade, Randy Crawford).
Described by the late Humphrey Lyttleton (BBC Radio 2) as a ‘saxophonist with distinction’, Lovely Laura is also endorsed by Rico reeds and Yanagisawa saxophones.
For the summer, Laura always returns to a place she now calls home; Ibiza, where she will be found entertaining the masses for Hed Kandi on the hedonistic island.
